BEYOND THE SCREEN

There are people all around us,
Who are very rarely seen.
Unless one is clairvoyant,
And can see beyond the screen.

But most of us at some time,
Must surely be aware,
That someone who is dear to us,
Close by is standing there.

It could be one we have loved and lost,
Or someone yet unknown.
We can be sure of one thing
We are never left alone.

We have a guide to help us,
A spirit guardian too,
And helpers by the dozen,
To speak of but a few.

We cannot live without them,
To help us on our way.
Though all our trials and traumas,
That beset us through the day.

So remember every night,
To thank them with a prayer.
For they will guard you as you sleep,
With every loving care.
