INTRODUCING OUR NEW FAMILY PETS

TO RETURN TO A DEDICATION TO MY DARLING PETS

Introducing our two new pets. We have adopted two kittens and they are sisters just like my male cats were brothers. Unfortunately when my daughter moves and buys her home, she will be taking the kittens with her. My daughter did move and took them with her for eighteen months. Then she returned home and brought the cats with her. My daughter did move again with her partner and as he is allergic to cats, they stayed with me. The cats are now mine and they are with us now permently. Two bundles of joy. In the photos they are three months old. At present in writing this they are four months old. Spike is still alive and will be 18 years old October this year, 2005. Poor Spike she is not to well, after all she is now the old lady. She would love to join in with the kittens but they are to much for her. Pepper the black cat with white paws and on her face just won't bother with Spike. But Jasper the all black cat reminds me of Tiddles my previous cat. Jasper will lie by Spike and sleep. And if Spike coughs or don't look to good Jasper will rush to Spike to see if she is ok. We do have to watch the kittens as they are so mischievous and have got us on our feet a lot. They can jump very high so when they play we have to shut some of our doors as they love my wall paper. All my ornements are now packed away. Still they are pets you love and take care off. I love all my pets. Now to show you some photos of our little darlings.

INTRODUCING PEPPER AND JASPER BORN
19th of APRIL 2005.

This was the first place they decided to sleep. They have a lovely pink bed but here was better. This is in my bathroom and it was where I kept my hand towels. But as you see there is only one hand towel. The rest where on the floor. It was so funny I just had to take a photo. They were a sleep but Jasper the one sitting up loves having her photo taken. Now as they are getting bigger only one can fit in there so they either sleep on my daughters lap or their own bed.

Here is Jasper. Three months old and loves having her photo taken. So cute.

This is the best I can get a photo of Pepper. She is shy. Pepper is on the left and trouble and strife is in the basket she emptied.

Here Pepper is on top of the scratch pole. No worry Jasper will soon annoy her. They are fun. They now have a collar each with their name and telephone number just in case they do wonder. They will be be spayed in September so they don't have kittens. They will also have a name tag put in their neck so if someone did find them they can be returned. As they will have their name and address and telephone number.Then we can let them outside the house.

Here on the left and all black is Jasper. She loves looking out the window just like Tiddles did.

Here on the right is my darling Tiddles. He loved sitting in the window too. Tiddles is now dead but I see Jasper is so like him in the things she does.

And last you can see Jasper lying along side of Spike. We did worry at first bringing kittens into the house with an old dog. But only a few weeks and look at them together.

Here is Spike today almost 18 years old. She is curled up in her bed clothes and sleeps on our sofa. She is going blind and as arthritis bad. The vet only wants to put her down but we can't do that. As long as she lives we will look after her. Under her is a plastic sheet in case she wees. On top is a sheet Then Spike and then her shawl. When she gets hot she pushes them down like in the picture. She will brake our hearts when her time comes but she will be burried next to Bubbles and Tiddles in our back garden.

IT IS 2009.

Jasper and Pepper are still with us. They don't get on as sisters. But they are still precious and will always be with us.

These two photos were taking when they were three and a half years old. As I write this they are 4 years old. Pepper is not too big and looks like a kitten. But Jasper is very big and needs a lot of love. I just don't understand why they don't get on. Pepper sleeps with me and Jasper sleeps on my husband's bed.

A POEM I WROTE ON MY DARLING PETS.

FAREWELL AND WELCOME

My beautiful pets have now passed away.
My two wonderful male cats, what can I say?
Bubbles and Tiddles was their name.
We loved them so much. Nothing seems the same.

Our little female dog was such a loving pet.
Spike was her name. Love at first sight when we met.
My darling three pets. We loved them and they gave us love.
Devotion and pleasure until they went to Heaven above.

They will stay in our hearts forever and ever.
Loved dearly and we will never forget them. Never!
We now have welcomed two more cats in our home.
Two females named Jasper and Pepper, we are not alone.

Although these darlings came from the same litter.
They just don’t get on. To each other they are so bitter.
We have tried so hard as we love them both dearly.
But their independents can make you so wearily.

We love them both and could never chose.
We will keep trying, no matter if we lose.
Each one is precious and in their own way gives us pleasure.
We will love them both, as they are indeed our treasures.

SPIKE died aged 19 years old. Old Age. Bubbles died of cancer aged 16 years old.
Tiddles also died of cancer aged 19 years old. Bubbles and Tiddles were from the same litter and how different from Jasper and Pepper. Bubbles and Tiddles slept always together and were very loving and caring. Spike was a very small dog and the three of them always were together. If the cats were ill, Spike would be like a little mother and would nurse them. God indeed gave me three wonderful pets. I just hope in time Jasper and Pepper will accept each other. All 5 pets we were there when they were born. My first 3 pets are buried in a part of my garden. R.I.P

Please if you take pets into your house, please please love them for life. Don't open a door before seeing your pet is safe. They do run out and a lot get killed as they do not understand the danger of a car going past like us. If you love and care for them they will give so much love and happiness back. I have been told my animals live such a long life as they get so much love and are looked after well. Please don't have a pet if you can not love it for life.
