OUR JOURNEY BEYOND

When we die, our spirit lives on.
We travel from this world, to one beyond.
Peace and love we will find there.
A spirit world, so many will care.
Our loved ones will greet us and welcome us in.
Leaving behind all that's evil and sin.

A beautiful place, we will journey to.
Angels will guide us, it will be new.
Slowly we will understand where we are.
The Heavens will light up near and afar.
Stars will shine and show us the way.
Our Father God beckons us to stay.

When we are settled, our development begins.
Our spirit is free, a voice deep within.
We can carry on learning, teach or just sing.
Time will stand still, we journey without wing.
The beauty before us, is the peace that we seek.
The Heavenly music, with us, forever to keep.

When your time has ended, do not fear.
For the journey forward is very clear.
Your time on earth was part of God's plan.
When it is over, He will hold out His hand.
God's wonderful home is for you and me.
In life, in death.  Our Spirit is free.
