The ego maniac. Arians are always in a hurry and become impatient with slow movers. They are bored with anything that takes too long to accomplish. They are good organisers, but they must be allowed to run the show, or trouble occurs. They will start a fight or humiliate anyone who tries to interfere with them.
Their attack may, at first, seem good-humored, but as the situation becomes serious, contempt will surface and the Aries ego maniacal traits will begin to show. In criticism of others they are cold and derisive. When angry they mean to hurt their opponents and browbeat them into submission.
They will settle for nothing short of surrender, though they will dismiss anyone who will readily relinquish a difference in view - this is a sign of cowardice, the trait Arians despise most.
If an Aries should fail he/she will simply with draw. It is dangerous to lord it over a failed Arian. He/she will strike back without mercy. Arians never analyse reasons for their failure because they are convinced others are responsible. The exaggerated Aries ego cannot accept the fact that he/she has lost. Winning is everything.

When the male Aries fall in love, he feels a tremendous burst of power. His love is at its peak when the affair is new. His depth of feeling and his warmth begin to diminish the further the affair progresses. At the beginning of a love affair, Aries can be the ideal lover, but when it ends there is resentment and even hate.
The Aries girl will woo her loved one rather than be wooed, and if her lover tries to take the upper hand, she will dismiss him as difficult and overbearing. She will go from one man to another, comparing and testing them to decide which one she can handle with the greatest ease.
Aries egotism demands complete submission and constant excitement.

The Fire element of Aries brings assertive "I" energy. This is a flaming drive and the desire to do something! The Aries will is full of tension and passion; the "I" brings a need for independence. Aries coincides with spring time, when seeds germinate in an outpouring of energy and growth. This sign as has an instinctive identity, early extroversion, spontaneity, and a very direct approach.
